Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, hair products that have been worn, used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong shade or would like a different color, you may request an exchange within 30 days, as long as the item meets the return conditions above.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

* Damaged items caused by customer use
* Final sale or promotional items, unless defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Clear photos of the item
* A photo of the packaging
We will review your request and help you with a replacement or solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
